HOW CAN I HELP

Swallowing disorders when eating or drinking, Dysphagia

Do either you or your child have difficulty or discomfort when eating or drinking?

Maybe you cough or choke when eating or drinking, bring up food, or feel that food is stuck in your throat or chest; persistent drooling or saliva can also be sign something is not right. You might also begin to lose weight and experience recurrent chest infections.

Swallowing problems should be taken extremely seriously and a Dysphagia trained Speech Therapist can diagnose and treat your condition.
